desktop tower defense

This is one of the most fun flash games I’ve played in a long time. I saw it popping up on blogs all over the place today and all of them kept saying to stay far away from it because you’d easily lose an evening… I managed to avoid the temptation until jer went ahead and just sent me the damn link directly via IM. *sigh*

My evening quickly disappeared.

UPDATE: I beat normal difficulty with a score of 5013! :D
UPDATE 2: Beat normal with a score of 5396, 15 lives left, and 455 gold.

    This game really is addicting. The harder levels are really challenging but fun.

    @Jigsaw: You’re not kidding… I don’t know why it is so engaging, either, because there’s really only a couple strategies that have much chance of working. Oh well. I don’t understand why The Sims is so engrossing to my wife, either, so who am I to say? :-)

    I’m not sure either. I think it is so addicting because there is always a better score to get and new strategies to try.
