Day 22: Songbird
Happy Thanksgiving!
I’m still exhausted after a marathon programming session yesterday… I needed to finish not just one, but two apps so I could have today off and still not miss a day this month! I’m very much looking forward to eating turkey and relaxing today. You should consider doing the same. ![]()

Alex, why would being called an American be a sore point?
November 22nd, 2007 at 9:46 am

@Chaos: I haven’t saved any for last…. beyond tomorrow’s app, I’ve got nothing.
It’s been day-to-day now for over a week. I’m glad it’s nearly over.

Thanks Sean, you haven’t let us down. It’s Thanksgiving and you’ve taken time out to see to it that we get yet another creative application. Much appreciated.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Sean.
Enjoy!

I’m very impressed with these apps, Sean. They’re all very well done and well-thought out. I haven’t encountered that many bugs, and they’re all pretty much functional as they were intended.
Thanks a lot!

Is it just me or is iappaday.com down, as well as the installer source?
November 22nd, 2007 at 11:06 pm
@Xander: is it working now?
November 23rd, 2007 at 10:33 am
@Sean well either way, i hope you think up some super cool apps for the last week
and about this “one app a day” thing… i hope you dont decide to just completely quit after this month is over. if you can make 1 app every day perfectly, i can only imagine how good of an app you could make if you had say one a week, or one a month. or just whenever you feel like making one. i also find it pretty cool how you reply to the comments people leave. most devs ive worked with are stuck-up tight-asses who are grouchy all the time. keep the awesome and useful apps coming!
